Lyrics

Bullet In The Gun

Love, give me love
I want some more
I can never quit
Can I get hit?
Your love is so addicting
I will wait for you
I will beg for you
Even if, oh, even if, oh
You don’t want me to

Take the breath right out of me
Can’t escape your gravity
You’re pulling me down

You are disease that runs through my blood
You are the man whom I thought I could love
You are poison, the voice that says I’m better off dead
You’re the bullet in the gun at the back of my head

Baby, can’t you see
I’m in misery
Why can’t I be strong
This love is wrong
I wish I could escape you
Check the lost and found
We go ’round and ’round
We’re just, oh, we’re just, oh
We’re just moving in circles

Bruises from your lips
Kiss the venom from your finger tips
You’re pulling me down

You are disease that runs through my blood
You are the man whom I thought I could love
You are poison, the voice that says I’m better off dead
You’re the bullet in the gun at the back of my head

Let you run right through my veins, without you can’t stand the pain

You are disease that runs through my blood
You are the man whom I thought I could love
You are poison, the voice that says I’m better off dead
You’re the bullet in the gun at the back of my head

On The Radio

Watch the tide come in so high
Never slowing on the way
Baby, I, am just a silhouette tonight
At a shadow masquerade

I, fell into the ocean and let the water take me alive
It was quick to take me under the tide
Held my breath till I could see the stars collide

Someone tell me does anyone know
Where’s the song on the radio
That was written for this scene
That was written just for me
Someone tell me does anyone know
Where’s the song on the radio
That was written just for me
Something I can sing song to

Move the boundaries as we go
Acting as were in control
It’s another breath, another step
Another night we will regret
But the price we pay is worth it’s weight in gold

I know I now am just another simple mistake away from getting in a situation I won’t survive
Maybe in another life
Will this make sense but not tonight

Someone tell me does anyone know
Where’s the song on the radio
That was written for this scene
That was written just for me
Someone tell me does anyone know
Where’s the song on the radio
That was written just for me
Something I can sing song to

And like that it was just like that
I thought that we were past but it falls right back
We made an enemy of the melody
Over and over again

Someone tell me does anyone know
Where’s the song on the radio
That was written for this scene
That was written just for me
Someone tell me does anyone know
Where’s the song on the radio
That was written just for me
Something I can sing song to

The Bridge Jumper

Caught at the scene of the crime
My hands were red, as I..
Slowly walked backwards from the victims of mine
I can’t say this night went according to plan
But that’s life, the street lights
Will watch me all the way as I run
To a downtown symphony and I run
Making footstep melodies

Now the get-a-way car’s running on fumes
My accomplice is so confused
We have to cross state lines

Murder
in the metaphoric sense
This is Murder
And I’m gonna pay for it
Just another flight down and I’m free
Get off the elevator quickly
Murder

Now I’ve got this all figured out
Just give me a second to breathe
Let’s take refuge inside this parking lot and count to three
Now on the count of three
Want you to say to me
I will never tell a single soul just what I’ve seen

The bullets were loaded in the gun
The trigger it pulled itself
But the bullets were loaded in the gun ‘long time ago
The trigger it pulled itself
We’ve gotta hit the deck

Murder
in the metaphoric sense
This is Murder
And I’m gonna pay for it
Got another one left in the gun
Hands up and you better run
Murder

We paint the scene
With shades of blue and green
With words that we believe we mean
Colorful and fragrant enough to get rid of
The remorse for this tragedy

The bullets were loaded in the gun
The trigger it pulled itself
but the bullets were loaded in the gun ‘long time ago
The trigger it pulled itself

Murder
in the metaphoric sense
This is Murder
And I’m gonna pay for it
Wouldn’t take it back if I could
Don’t ask cause I never would
Murder

Free

I’ve been at home moving 6 strings up and down
With a syndicated sitcom in the background
I can make a living singing melodies that make you wanna take another bottle down

But look at me now
I am on my way to something bigger
Now I’ll clap to the coming of the hook that’s going down cause sad songs are out right now

Finally, a happy lyric and melody
Finally, finally..
I made it through the Avalanche, to catch the forest through the trees
Finally, finally…
I am free

A bar scene, with a microphone to sing
I’m storytelling after a shot of whiskey
I’m feeling big time, looking like a killer in the night
Somebody try to stop me

Cause if you look at me now, I’m already onto something bigger
I’ve been knocked down, up again to fight another round
And shoot down the stars right now
Finally, a happy lyric and melody
Finally, finally..
I made it through the Avalanche, to catch the forest through the trees
Finally, finally…
I am free

Foundations

Too tired of running on empty
Too tired of pretending it’s fine
Train ran off the tracks, (you) can’t help me
‘Cause you wanna see it crash

You say I’m out of luck
You say I’m out of line
Yeah, I might have hit the wall but my hand is fine
Lipstick and cigarettes
A bottle of regrets
Go ‘head and judge me I don’t even care

Let me go
‘Cause I don’t belong to you no more
Enjoy the show
Brick by brick I’m ripping down this wall
Watch how my foundations fall

Instead of giving me your back, babe
Wish you’d have given me your hand
Go ahead walk away just leave me
Run away if you can

You said that I messed up
That I’m not thinking clear
Go head and go I’ll be standing just right here
I’m turning off my phone
I wanna be alone
I wanna dance, I wanna drink, I wanna live out loud

Let me go
‘Cause I don’t belong to you no more
Enjoy the show
Brick by brick I’m ripping down this wall
Watch how my foundations fall

Brick by brick, it’s coming down
Strike a match we’ll burn it to the ground
(Falling down)

Let me go
‘Cause I don’t belong to you no more
Enjoy the show
Brick by brick I’m ripping down this wall
Watch how my foundations fall
